Consultation

Consultation is an important part of MTO’s Class EA process, and we want to hear from you. The Study Team has developed a comprehensive consultation program that will:

  • Provide the public with project information so that they can participate in the Study

  • Post project notices and the Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) on the Study website

  • Provide opportunities for the public to ask questions, submit comments and/or request information

  • Respond to all input received

Public Information Centre

A Public Information Centre (PIC) is anticipated to take place in Spring 2026 to present the proposed intersection improvements (Preferred Method) and provide an opportunity for public input for consideration on the Study. The Notice of PIC will be made available via the Study Website (under “Notices”) and will be published in local newspapers. In addition, the Notice will be distributed via direct and/or electronic mail to those on the Study’s mailing list and adjacent property owners.
